A luxury fashion retailer in Cheltenham is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Stockroom Assistant to support the day-to-day operational running of its stockroom. This is a physically active, operational role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and consistency. This position is not customer-facing. It is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, practical work and is looking for a long-term role within a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities

Receiving, checking, moving, and storing high-value fashion stock

Regular manual handling, lifting, and movement of stock throughout the day

Using a Warehouse Management System to process stock movement /maintain accurate records

Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant stockroom at all times

Supporting stock takes and operational audits

Working closely with the retail team to ensure stock availability and smooth operations
Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence and confidence driving as part of the role

Previous experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment

Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks

Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a long-term position

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on operational tasks
