Due to increased workload, we are recruiting an Assembly Operative to join Cross Manufacturing, a well-established and globally recognised manufacturer of precision components used in aerospace and industrial applications.
This role would suit candidates with experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment, particularly where attention to detail and consistency are important. Full training will be provided.
You will be working as part of a supportive team assembling small components and carrying out repetitive tasks to a high quality standard within a clean and organised manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly and preparation of small components
Following clear work instructions and standard processes
Carrying out repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and care
Checking work to ensure quality standards are met
Maintaining a clean and safe working areaWhat We're Looking For:
Experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly work is beneficial
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks for sustained periods
Methodical, reliable approach with pride in producing consistent quality work
Able to work well as part of a teamThe role involves detailed assembly of small components and requires good hand skills and accuracy rather than heavy manual work. Some manual handling of components is required, but appropriate lifting equipment and support is available.
