What You'll Do
As the Assistant Branch Manager, you'll be key to keeping things running smoothly. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you'll help lead a dedicated team, manage stock, and provide top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities
Manage stock systems effectively to keep operations running smoothly.
Support the Branch Manager in leading, motivating, and growing a high-performing team.
Deliver excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Keep the warehouse and trade counter organised and inviting.
Help drive the branch's sales and meet profitability targets.
What You Need
Must-Haves:

Experience managing and motivating a small team.
Great communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A team player who builds and maintains strong professional relationships.
Nice-to-Haves:

A Typical Day
Team up with the Branch Manager to keep daily operations on track.
Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring timely restocking.
Provide awesome customer service and tackle queries with ease.
