Essential requirements
Security Check clearance eligibility
Background in engineering delivery within a regulated environment, including CAA and Military Aviation Authority framework.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical decision-makingYour role
Lead engineering delivery activity across design, airworthiness, manufacturing and maintenance functions
Provide authoritative technical guidance for programme delivery
Support bid activity and shape technical solutions with stakeholders
Manage engineering risk, regulatory compliance and performance targetsYour experience
Apprenticeship or degree in aeronautical, electrical or mechanical engineering
Strong understanding of civil and defence regulatory frameworks
Ability to navigate changing environments and maintain programme stability
