What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm welcome and professional support. Key duties include answering phones, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and providing general administrative assistance. Alongside this you will be providing key administrative support to Sales Managers, including processing sales orders, keeping records accurate and up to date, producing reports on sales opportunities, order intake, and revenue, and providing general administrative support across the business.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional manner, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a busy environment.
This is your ideal role if you have:
Good communication skills, both spoken and written
Accurate data input, record keeping and reporting skills
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Comfortable using basic computer tools like Word and Excel
A team player who enjoys solving problems and helping others
