The Job you will be doing;

To increase the profitability and effectiveness of the company by providing high quality customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department

Process orders received via email or telephone

Check data accuracy in orders

Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer questions

Liaise with the warehouse supervisor and logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries

Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Create accurate QR14 job sheets per the company procedures

Maintain and update the delivery schedules per the company procedures

Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems
-
Monitor, distribute and action incoming emails to the company email address

Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations

Carry out any reasonable management request / operation that you are qualified to achieve safely

Able to work Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 17:00 Friday 8:30 – 16:30
About You;

Proven experience as a sales administrator

Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

A team player with high level dedication

Ability to work under strict deadlines
