UPB is working on behalf of a small, well-established architectural practice based in Doncaster, seeking an Assistant / Junior Architectural Technician to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking for hands-on experience, close mentorship, and fast progression within a supportive studio environment.
The Role
You will work directly with the practice owner, gaining exposure across all project stages and learning how a successful architectural practice operates day-to-day. Over time, you will be supported to take ownership of your own projects, working with nationally recognised clients.
Responsibilities may include:

Producing technical drawings and design information

Assisting with planning and building regulation submissions

Supporting project delivery across multiple stages

Attending site and project meetings

Coordinating with consultants and clients
About You

Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related discipline

Some experience in an architectural practice (placement, graduate, or junior level)

Working knowledge of CAD software and Revit experience
-
Keen to learn, proactive, and confident communicating with others

Ambition to progress and take on responsibility
