Job Description:

NRSWA Operative:
-
Excavating, backfilling, and reinstating footpaths, roads, and drainage.
-
Setting up and managing signing, lighting, and guarding (SLG).
-
Working to health & safety (H&S) and NRSWA standards at all times.
-
Liaising with supervisors and teams.
-
Assist with the preparation and organisation of materials required for daily operations
-
Support team members in completing tasks efficiently and accurately
-
Follow established procedures and safety guidelines at all times
-
Collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines and objectives
-
Report any issues or irregularities to supervisors promptly
Hours of work would be Monday - Friday, days. Suitable candidates must have a driving licence and their own vehicle
Qualifications
-
Understanding of NRSWA 1991, TMA 2004, reinstatement methods, SLG.

Commitment to H&S, working to regulations
-
CSCS card
-
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work

Basic numeracy and literacy skills

Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
