Crown & Bezel is looking for a confident, people-first professional to join our high-performing luxury watch team. This is a client-facing role for someone who lives and breathes exceptional customer experience and knows how to build real, long-lasting relationships.
🕰️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering a five-star client experience from first contact to final handshake
- Building rapport quickly and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Representing the Crown & Bezel brand with confidence, professionalism, and personality
- Communicating clearly and effectively with clients across multiple channels
- Working closely with a driven, high-performing team to achieve sales and service goals
- Comfortable with Data Entry and keeping live records up to date
