The ideal candidate will need experience with a residential developer within the last couple of years.
Residential new build AND refurbishment experience would be helpful, but it's not essential.
The commercial team culture and ethos are genuinely strong, and the role sits under a highly respected Projects Director who sets the tone for how the team works together.
