The Position – Learning Support Assistant
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working with Year 5 and Year 6 pupils, delivering targeted interventions to support academic progress and confidence. You will work with small groups and 1:1, focusing on areas such as literacy, numeracy, SATs preparation, and emotional regulation where required. You will work closely with the class teachers and SENCO to follow intervention plans, track progress, and adapt strategies to meet individual pupil needs. This role requires a proactive, patient, and encouraging approach to help pupils reach their potential. This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP.
