Role Overview

Duration: Approximately 11 weeks.

Hours: Up to 30 hours per week (Flexible 4–6 hours per day).

Pay: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience (typically £12.50 – £16.00+ in Warwickshire).

Training: Full comprehensive training provided on all in-house systems and industry-specific workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Project Support: Produce essential documentation for installation teams and delivery drivers.

Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel and local accommodation for on-site engineers.

Data Management: Maintain accurate project databases and spreadsheets to monitor progress.

Communication: Act as a professional point of contact for blue-chip clients, suppliers, and internal departments.

Office Maintenance: Handle general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and managing incoming mail.
