Activus Recruitment are supporting our client in Kintore to recruit an Assembly Operative for a busy, hands-on manufacturing environment.
This is a repetitive, physical role where you'll be on your feet all day – ideal for someone fit, practical, and looking for long-term work in a team-focused environment.
What you’ll be doing:

Assembling and packing filtration products

Using manual tools and machinery (training provided)

Performing repetitive tasks to high standards

Working closely with others on the production line

Maintaining a clean, safe workspace
What we’re looking for:

Physically fit and comfortable with manual, standing work

Reliable, committed, and ready to stay long-term

Team player with good attention to detail

Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful but not essential

Fast learner with a strong work ethic
