Role Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join a busy and well-established business operating within the Construction industry. The company has been established across Manchester and the North West for over 30 years and works with a strong portfolio of high-profile clients. The role will provide essential administrative support to the office and contracts teams.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and wider team

Carry out filing, scanning, photocopying, and accurate data entry

Prepare and organise documentation packs, including printing and collating drawings

Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems

Assist in compiling and formatting documentation packs and manuals

Support the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office, handling general administrative tasks as required
Essential:

Experience working in a busy office environment

Strong organisational and communication skills
-
High attention to detail and a conscientious approach to work

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Previous experience within a construction or contracting environment (not essential)
