The successful Purchasing Assistant should have:
Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role

In this role, the Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for:
Managing purchase orders from creation through to delivery confirmation
Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Maintaining accurate records and reporting within Spotify and internal systems
Supporting the team with inventory management and stock reconciliation
Monitoring purchase costs and assisting with budget tracking
