Dual Fuel Field Delivery Manager
Salary: £46,000 per annum

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dual Fuel Field Delivery Manager to lead and manage the safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of dual fuel smart meter installations across the West Midlands.
This is a field-based leadership role, responsible for managing engineers, driving performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent customer outcomes in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support field-based dual fuel engineers
Ensure installations meet MOCOPA, GSOP, SMICoP, and company standards
Drive performance against KPIs including productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Conduct site visits, audits, coaching, and technical support
Manage engineer competence, training needs, and authorisations
Handle escalations, technical issues, and customer complaints
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety and compliance requirements
Act as the key link between operations, compliance, and senior management
Area Coverage
The role will cover the West Midlands, including:
Birmingham
Coventry
Wolverhampton
Walsall
Dudley
West Bromwich
Solihull
Sutton Coldfield
About You
Proven experience in a Dual Fuel / Smart Meter Field Management role
Strong understanding of dual fuel regulations and compliance
Experience managing field engineers across multiple locations
Confident people manager with strong coaching skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Full UK driving licence (essential)
