Job Title: Production Operative
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Production Operative to work for a manufacturing company in the Aylesford area. This role is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality-driven production work.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production line machinery effectively to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Engage in picking and packing tasks to meet production targets and quality standards.
Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate efficiently with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet required specifications and report any faults or issues.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a production line environment.
Proficiency in operating various machines with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Proven ability in picking and packing, with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing production needs.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
The shift pattern will be Monday to Friday working 6am - 2pm. This will be a full time temporary position with a view to go permanent after the successful probation period.
