Production Operative – Manufacturing
Location: Paddock Wood, Kent
Salary: £30k - £32k (DOE) + excellent benefits + training and progression
Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday

The Role
Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment across multiple manufacturing processes
Ensure products are manufactured to the correct specifications, maintaining high-quality standards at all times
Support continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute to the 5S programme
Use initiative and problem-solving skills to improve processes and maintain production efficiency
Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
About You
Experience working in a manufacturing environment, ideally in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or general production
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
Strong understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace
Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively
Passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and developing your production skills
