We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Helpdesk Operative to join the team at Royal Stoke Hospital. This role plays a vital part in supporting hospital services by ensuring service requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with Trust standards.
Job Description

Respond to incoming calls within required service level standards

Log and process Hard FM service requests accurately and promptly

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with minimal complaints

Ensure all records, training, and performance documentation are kept up to date

Adhere to Infection Prevention and Control policies at all times

Maintain strict confidentiality in line with Trust policies
-
Follow Health & Safety legislation and relevant codes of practice

Support continuous improvement in service delivery
