We are seeking a committed and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join an established secondary school in Upminster. Our school is Nationally recognised for their academic attainment and progress, with consistent SSAT Awards.
This school is known for 60% of children obtaining A Levels A*-B with 92% of children attaining 5 GCSE's. That being said this position is ideal for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or behaviour specialists, as well as individuals with a strong interest in special educational needs and inclusive education.
The Role:
A rewarding full-time Learning Support Assistant role within a secondary school in Upminster.
Working closely with secondary school students with learning difficulties, making a genuine difference to their daily learning and wellbeing.
Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support both in and beyond the classroom.
Playing a key role in supporting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and meaningful engagement in education.What we expect from you:

Calm, patient, and resilient, with the ability to build trusting, positive relationships.
Experience supporting children or young people with learning difficulties or behavioural needs is welcome, but not essential - the right attitude matters most.
