Salary: £25,825.51 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday -Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Provide general administration support to line manager and wider team
Effective record-keeping
Manage the purchase order and invoicing processes
Collecting, organising and storing efficiently all documentation in respect to compliance and security
Support the operations team
Answer telephone and deal with complaints and queries
Emails - Replying to all customer queries
Collecting, tracking and answering all customer queriesThe above is a summary of main duties only, other duties may be required to meet the changing nature of operational activities.
What we're looking for;
Previous Administrative Experience is essential
Attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner, good verbal and written skills. Ability to deal with people at all levels.
IT literate, good communication skills, methodical approach to work
Past experience and knowledge of a workshop environment would be advantageous but not essential.What's next?
