Salary: up to 30k
Full-time | Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telephone Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their growing team.
Based at their busy Wimbledon office, you'll play a key part in supporting their customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and building strong, long‑lasting relationships.
This is an inbound customer service and sales role with no cold calling.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
Processing customer orders and providing excellent after‑sales support
Offering product advice and solutions tailored to customer needs (with support from our in‑house experts)
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clientsWhat They Offer

Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner

Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure
An interest in interior design or property refurbishment
Fluent in spoken English
Living within a reasonable commuting distanceExperience and Qualification
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telesales is highly desirable
A proven track record in sales would be an advantage
A willingness to learn and develop strong product knowledge
