Our well-established client based in the Tamworth area are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a 12-week, temporary basis.
FULL TIME - Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern on 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm
This position is temporary for 12 weeks, with the potential for it to be extended.
Main duties include:
- Handle incoming telephone calls and assist customers with their enquiries.
- Arrange appointments and handle customer bookings.
- Deal with complaints and escalate if necessary.
- Data entry into company system.
- Place customer orders.
- Deal with a large volume of telephone calls.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be confident working within a busy call centre environment.
- Have excellent IT skills.
