Compliance: Basic DBS is required.
The Data Entry Administrator will be responsible for accurately transferring and maintaining data within the organisation’s Management Information System, ensuring information is consistent, secure, and up to date.
The Responsibilities:

Accurately transfer data from Excel spreadsheets into the Management Information System.

Ensure data is entered in a timely and consistent manner.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Handle confidential and sensitive information in line with data protection requirements.

Identify and report any data discrepancies or issues.

Work in line with internal data quality and information governance standards.
The Essentials:

Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.

Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
