Role Overview
As a Production Operative, you’ll be a key part of our manufacturing team, supporting day-to-day production activities. You’ll work across different shifts as part of a weekly rotation, ensuring products are manufactured, packed and prepared to meet quality and schedule requirements. This role is ideal for someone with previous packaging or production experience who enjoys varied tasks in a busy, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the production line including packaging and assembly of products to meet quality standards.
Pack, label, sort and prepare finished items for dispatch.
Assist with basic machine operations and ensure lines are supplied with materials.
Carry out quality checks and report any issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area and follow health & safety procedures.
Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
Record basic production data and complete job paperwork.
What We’re Looking For
Desirable:
Previous packaging or production experience (ideally in a manufacturing setting).
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work across rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings and nights.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Experience using basic production machinery.
