Production Operatives - Food Manufacturing
Location: Wrexham Industrial Estate
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £12.30 per hour
Shifts: 2‑week rotating pattern
Week 1: 6am-2pm (Mon-Fri)
Week 2: 2pm-10pm (Mon-Fri)
Contract: Temporary - ongoing opportunity
We are looking for motivated Production Operatives with experience in a food manufacturing environment to join a well‑established and growing company based on Wrexham Industrial Estate. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team with long‑term prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production lines to maintain consistent output
Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Packing and labelling products
Communicate effectively with team leaders and colleagues
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Perform manual handling tasks as required
Candidate Profile
Reliable, hardworking, and detail‑focused
Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred
Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
