School Facilities Assistant / Caretaker – HA3
We are looking for a reliable and motivated School Facilities Assistant / Caretaker to join a welcoming school in the HA3 area. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in maintaining a safe and well-presented environment.
Mon - Fri: 07h00 - 13h00
£18 - £20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of classrooms, corridors, and communal areas
Carry out basic maintenance, repairs, painting, and DIY tasks
Set up rooms for assemblies, events, and school activities
Support staff and visitors to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school Ideal Candidate:
Reliable, proactive, and practical
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Must live locally to HA3
Must hold a valid DBS
Previous experience in a school or facilities role is desirable
