Trant Engineering Ltd is looking for a detail-driven Office Administrator to support our compliance and administrative operations. This is a key role that helps ensure our people, projects, and clients are fully supported with accurate documentation and smooth internal processes.

The Role
As Office Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our operations running efficiently and compliantly. You’ll manage certification records, support hiring controls, and ensure client documentation is delivered accurately and on time.
This role suits someone who enjoys structured work, is confident handling confidential information, and can balance multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting hiring control processes by ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant

Uploading, maintaining, and managing employee certifications and compliance records

Issuing certification and compliance documentation to clients accurately and on time

Maintaining organised digital filing systems and administrative records

Liaising with internal teams to meet compliance and certification requirements

Monitoring certification expiry dates and following up on renewals

Providing general administrative support to the wider office as needed
