💡 What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants, learning the ropes and getting stuck in from day one:

Speaking to candidates daily and building relationships

Resourcing candidates for live automotive vacancies across the UK

Learning how to interview, qualify, and match people to roles

Managing candidate pipelines and CRM systems

Supporting consultants on key dealership and automotive accounts

Learning the commercial side of recruitment and how fees are earned
