We are seeking to recruit a Head of Technology Delivery who will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technology projects and services across the organisation. The RBO is in the implementation phase of multiple projects, and this role will ensure they are delivered effectively and with the engagement of key business stakeholders. Acting as a bridge between Technology and the rest of the organisation, you will lead a team focused on meeting business objectives through new technology initiatives that allow us to operate effectively. Our ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent stakeholder and programme management skills. You will have led on multiple projects and have focused experience in application delivery. You will be able to demonstrate: Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technology teams (project managers, architects, engineers, testers) A strong track record of delivering complex technology projects and services in a comparable environmentFinancial acumen and experience managing project budgets.A deep understanding of technology delivery methodologies and best practicesThe ability to drive change, foster innovation, and support a culture of continuous improvementTo submit your application, please provide a supporting statement that outlines how your skills and experience match the essential criteria listed above.
