Sales Administrator – Tendering Focus
Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their sales team, with a strong focus on tender and bid management. This is a key role ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant tender submissions while providing wider administrative support to the sales function.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender and bid documentation to tight deadlines

Review tender requirements and ensure all responses are accurate and compliant

Maintain tender libraries, templates, and supporting documentation

Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to gather required information

Manage sales documentation, contracts, and client records

Track tender opportunities and maintain CRM systems

Provide general sales administration support as required
About You

Previous experience in a sales administration or tendering role

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Confident working to deadlines and managing multiple tenders simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with CRM systems is desirable

Knowledge of tender portals and procurement processes is an advantage
