About our Nursery
Busy Bees Brough nursery, rated "Good" by Ofsted, has a capacity of 108 children and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere where your child can truly thrive. Our setting features multiple rooms, each designed to cater to different age groups and developmental stages, ensuring that every child feels happy and comfortable in our care. From vibrant sensory rooms for babies to engaging teacher-led pre-school activities, there’s something for every child to enjoy.Conveniently located within easy driving distance of the A63, our Brough nursery is just a short 12-minute walk or four-minute drive from Brough train station. Additionally, we're only a stone's throw from Hull city centre, which is a mere 20-minute drive away. For your convenience, free parking is available for those arriving by car.

Role Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
- Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
- Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
- Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Required Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate:
- Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
- Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
