Temporary Customer Service Agents - Product Recall
Location: London, E14
Start Date: Tuesday 3rd February | Duration: A few weeks (dependent on volumes)
We are looking for 30 English-speaking Customer Service Agents to support a product recall. You'll be the first point of contact for consumers, handling calls and emails with empathy and clarity.
Shifts:
Mon-Fri: 08:00-16:30 | 11:30-20:00
Sat-Sun: 10:00-17:00
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong customer care skills, calm under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy
IT literate (Google Suite, Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus)
Flexible and team-oriented
