About the Role:
Supporting the GM with the opening and launch of a new site, youll be involved in recruitment, training and ongoing team development, helping to run an 80-cover restaurant with a FOH team of 1015 staff. Youll lead from the floor, deliver a polished and consistent guest experience, and uphold strong operational and service standards across day-to-day operations.
