Week 1: 06:00–14:00 Week 2: 14:00–22:00
(Shifts rotate weekly)
Pay Frequency: Weekly or monthly pay available
Parking: On-site parking available
The Role
Pertemps Isle of Wight is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing facility based in Ryde. This is a hands-on role supporting key production processes within a busy industrial environment.
Main duties will include:
Sanding metal components
Shot blasting
Grinding and finishing work
Supporting production teams to meet quality and safety standards
General production support tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Able to work as part of a team in a production environment
Willing to work rotating shifts
Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial What’s On Offer
