Mortgage Administrator
Location: St Neots (Office-Based)
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Holiday: 20–25 days per year (plus bank holidays)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role
The Comapny seeks an organised and proactive Mortgage Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
You will play a key role in supporting mortgage advisers and ensuring applications are processed efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and clients
- Preparing and checking documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate client records
- Chasing outstanding information and progressing cases proactively
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and third parties
About You
- Previous experience in mortgage administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
- Comfortable working in an office-based environment
