What you’ll be doing as Finance Administrator
Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping, sales processing and stock record accuracy
Raising sales invoices, allocating payments and completing basic reconciliations
Managing B2B credit control and chasing overdue payments
Producing routine and ad-hoc reports using large Excel data sets
Liaising with European warehouses and external finance contacts
Supporting customer orders, payments, Amazon queries and import/export documentation
What we’re looking for in a Finance Administrator
Previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role
Strong Excel capability and confidence handling large data sets
Experience with invoicing, payment allocation and financial administration
Confidence communicating with customers and external contacts by phone
Exposure to European sales, stock movements or multi-currency transactions (advantageous)
