My client, a leading Waste & Recycling company are looking for a Recycling Operative to join the team.
Recycling Operative - Responsibilities:

Sort and separate different types of recyclable materials (paper, plastics, metals, glass, etc.) on a conveyor line or in designated areas.

Remove non-recyclable and contaminated materials to ensure high-quality output.

Assist in loading and unloading materials.

Maintain a clean and safe working area.

Follow all health & safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Recycling Operative - Skills and Attributes
-
Experience in a recycling or waste facility
-
Experience operating plant machinery - telehandlers, forklifts, loading shovels etc .

Ability to conduct machinery inspections and schedule maintenance

Computer literate
