About the Business
An opportunity to be an Assistant Management Accountant for a fun, innovative tech business within a fast-growing international group, based in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Main Duties:
As an Assistant Management Accountant, your main duties include:

Processing and allocating incoming and outgoing cash transactions

Managing supplier payment runs and payment administration
-
Preparing short-term cash flow forecasts to support planning and decision-making
-
Supporting the preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts
-
Taking ownership of key balance sheet areas and completing regular reconciliations, including: cash and bank accounts, fixed assets, and investment-related balances.

Preparing and posting month-end journals in line with reporting timetables

Supporting inter-entity cost recharges and reconciliations

Assisting with the preparation and submission of indirect tax returns

Contributing to the continuous improvement of finance processes, controls, and ways of working

Collaborating with stakeholders across the business on ad-hoc analysis and finance tasks

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

Actively studying ACCA/CIMA/ACA or AAT qualified

Previous experience working within a finance function in a commercial environment

Exposure to transactions between entities or group structures

Comfortable working to tight reporting deadlines and managing competing priorities
