We at Work Lyf are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our client’s team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting clients before and after they purchase our products. You will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive the highest level of care and support. Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility is essential.
Main Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by answering incoming phone calls and emails

Make outgoing calls to update customers on their orders

Investigate and resolve a wide range of complaints

Log complaints on the system and escalate to the relevant department

Welcome and support customers visiting the site

Organise Service Engineers’ schedules and arrange customer visits

Book courier services such as TNT

Develop technical knowledge of our products to better assist customers
Personal Specification

Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility is essential

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent timekeeping and punctuality

Ability to problem-solve effectively

Approachable and helpful attitude with a focus on customer service

Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (30-minute unpaid break)
