Fraser Edwards is currently working with a Property Maintenance Company to source a skilled Multi Trade Operative for a permanent within social housing covering the Cambridge area.
The Role:

1st and 2nd Fix Carpentry – Hanging doors, fitting skirting and architrave.

Basic Plumbing: Conduct essential plumbing tasks to maintain and improve property conditions.

Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works: Play a key role in upgrading these critical areas.

Minor Tiling Repairs: Address small tiling issues in bathrooms and kitchens.

Patch Plastering: Execute minor plastering tasks to ensure smooth and finished surfaces.

Snagging Works: Identify and rectify minor defects to ensure high-quality standards.

Logging Works via PDA: Efficiently document tasks and progress using a PDA.

Liaising with Customers, Clients, and Staff: Maintain clear communication to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
