Experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Secondary Schools in Lambeth
Full-time | 5 days per week
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a network of inclusive and supportive secondary schools across Lambeth. This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday), ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people and making a meaningful impact in education.
About the role:
You will be working closely with teaching staff and SEN teams to support students with a range of additional needs, helping them to engage with learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential. Roles may include 1:1 support, small group interventions, and in-class assistance across a variety of subjects.

Requirements:
Previous and relevant experience as a Learning Support Assistant is essential
Experience supporting students in secondary school settings
A good understanding of SEND, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
A proactive, patient, and resilient approach to supporting young people
