We are seeking a reliable and well-organised Sales / Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong office experience who enjoys working with customers and supporting sales and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner

Providing sales support and high-quality customer service

Managing invoices using Xero accounting software

General office administration and accurate data entry

Assisting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as required
Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office-based role

Proven experience using Xero accounting software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident, professional, and customer-focused

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
