Customer Logistics Coordinator
As a Customer Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the movement of goods and materials across the business to support efficient production flow and ensure customer delivery targets are consistently met. You will play a key role in coordinating work-in-progress, maintaining accurate data, and supporting communication between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities

Expedite and track customer jobs through production to achieve on‑time delivery targets.

Maintain Line of Balance reports and production trackers with up‑to‑date progress information.

Take ownership of all customer WIP within the factory, from pre‑launch through to shipment.

Support daily and weekly production meetings with accurate status updates.

Communicate daily with operational and manufacturing leaders to ensure schedule adherence.

Provide Program Managers with timely and relevant production progress updates for customers.

Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives as required.

Monitor labelling and packaging accuracy to ensure correct parts and assemblies reach the right customers on time.

Ensure all required delivery paperwork is completed, accurate, and coordinated across sites where necessary.

Support customer and commercial meetings with clear, data‑driven updates.

Report on key customer metrics, including action plans for improvement and timely escalation when needed.

Maintain accurate WIP data and associated sales order information within the Factory Master ERP system.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in operations administration or customer service within a manufacturing environment.
