Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance

Pay rate:
£14.25 per hour
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 6am to 3:30pm OR 6:30am to 4pm
An excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established warehouse on the day shift.
This is a hands-on role involving both FLT driving and manual warehouse work.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating Counterbalance FLT
Picking, moving and stacking stock
Loading and unloading trailers
Heavy manual handling
Supporting overall warehouse operations
Working to deadlines
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
Previous warehouse experience
Able to work nights and meet physical demands
Reliable and safety-focused
Bonuses when offered a permanent contract.

Accurate picking using pick lists
Basic inventory awareness
Housekeeping and maintaining a safe work area
