Operations Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Redditch (relocating to Bromsgrove)
Driver with own car required
We are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Redditch, with a upcoming planned move to Bromsgrove. Due to the upcoming relocation, candidates must have their own transport and be willing to travel.
This is an initial temporary role, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Booking deliveries and managing pallet movements
Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
Supporting the logistics function, including handling returns
Updating and maintaining records across multiple internal systems
General administrative support to the operations teamAbout You:
Strong administrative skills with good attention to detail
Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Well organised and able to manage a varied workload
Previous experience in operations, logistics, or administration is desirableWhat’s on Offer:
