We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Director. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in managing multiple priorities, maintaining discretion, and ensuring seamless support for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Offer administrative and organisational support to the Director.

Coordinate the Director’s diary, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel.

Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action points.

Manage confidential documents and ensure compliance with data security standards.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.

Conduct research, compile reports, and assist with project coordination as needed.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.

Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
