The Role
You will be the main point of contact for our executive clients. This is not a typical call centre job. You will manage high-level accounts and ensure their experience is perfect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from executive-level clients.
- Resolve complex delivery and logistics queries.
- Provide clear and professional updates on orders.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to track shipments.
Schedule and Pay
- Salary: £30,000 per year.
- Type: Permanent, full-time contract.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Location: Ashford (Office-based).
