Morson are recruiting for Production Operatives roles based at Thales in Segensworth Industrial estate near Fareham
The roles require the inputting of personal data on bespoke personalisation machines for ID documentation. Please note all candidates will be required to be Security Cleared.
Shift pattern:
6am-2.00pm Monday-Friday Week 1
1.50pm-10.00pm Monday Thursday Week 2, 1.50pm-8.20pm Friday Week 2.
Rates:
£14.86 plus £1.79 holiday pay , increasing to £2.69 holiday pay after 12 weeks
Duties:
- Passport Production
- Operating of personalisation and embossing machines
- Quality inspection
- Vault operations and goods receiving and shipping.
- You’ll complete daily/ weekly maintenance tasks and work with your peers on 5S and problem solving activities
- A week in the life of a Production operative:
- You’ll complete daily maintenance and cleaning of the machines and surrounding areas.

You’ll operate the machines and/ or processes and rigorously follow the standard work for each of these tasks
Experience
Highly flexible – Production/manufacturing/stores desirable but not essential
This includes a DBS check and Security Clearance
