This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to further develop their career within the residential housing sector, working on traditional build housing projects.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years’ experience within the residential housing sector, with a solid understanding of cost control and commercial processes and experience working with subcontract packages.
Depending on experience the salary expectations are £45k/65k.
